  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Student information: education stage, grade, division, school, gender, age, and address.
  • Teacher information: subjects taught, education stages taught, bio, and payout details.
  • Payment information: processed by our third-party payment gateway (Paymob) — we do not store your full card number. We keep a record of the amount, date, and status of each transaction.
  • Learning activity: which courses/lectures you access, lecture progress, quiz submissions and scores, and points/rewards activity.
  • Technical information: IP address and basic device/browser information, collected automatically for security purposes when video content is accessed (to detect and prevent unauthorized sharing of course access).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and verify your identity;
  • To process payments and deliver the courses/packages you purchase;
  • To let a linked Parent account view a Student's enrollment, progress, and quiz results;
  • To protect video content from unauthorized access or sharing;
  • To contact you about your account or a purchase;
  • To improve the Platform and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Who Can See Your Information

A Teacher whose course you purchase can see your name and your progress/quiz results within that course, in order to support your learning. A Parent linked to a Student account can see that Student's enrollment, progress, and quiz results. EduFirst staff/admins can access account and payment information to operate the Platform and provide support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway (Paymob). EduFirst does not directly store your full payment card details — this is handled entirely by the gateway under its own security standards.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and learning-activity information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations after account closure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details in Section 8, subject to our need to retain certain records (e.g. completed transactions) for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some Platform features may not work correctly without them.
